BAFANG BBS/ENA Kit DPC18 LCD Display

The new Bafang DPC18 LCD Color matrix Display is developed by Bafang itself and shows the following informations:

• battery voltage indicator and current power consumption
• actual Speed, Max Speed, Avg Speed
• ODO, Trip, Time
• Clock

The display is connected to the green HIGO cable of the controller splitter

• works for Bafang BBS01, BBS02 & BBSHD (and some other Bafang systems with HIGO connector)
• voltage in % or V (more accurate), reading goes up to 60V
• LCD color matrix display
• optional password protection can be set
• km or miles
• error codes
• walk mode to 6 km/h
• adjustable assist levels between 0-3, 0-5, 0-9
• adapters for different bar sizes (25,4 to 31,8 mm)

So far, all the displays came from APT, now Bafang produces the DPC18 itself, and says:

Intelligent battery level indication: With an optimization algorithm, a stable display of the battery level is ensured, and the problem of fluctuant battery level indication common with other displays is avoided. The user can define display mode of battery level as voltage or percentage.

There are different firmwares, the older with 5 levels fixed and mode ECO and SPORT (which makes little difference)

or the new version with selectable levels, but without mode ECO and SPORT, which you get here
