Can I test ride a bike here?
Yes. Pick a bike and ask anyone on the team. We set the seat height, run you through the controls and you can take it for a spin on the demo route.
Which bike suits my height?
Tell us your height and we will point you to the right frame. As a guide: META20 X2.0 fits 155–185 cm, META26 X2.0 162–190 cm, G30-CARGO 155–186 cm, and URUS 2.0 comes in 17-inch and 19-inch frames for 160–193 cm.
Can I order today, and how does delivery work?
Yes. Our team can help you place your order at the stand, and the bike is delivered to your door. Delivery is free to VIC, NSW, QLD and SA; standard carrier rates apply for WA, NT and TAS.
Is there a show deal?
Ask the team at the stand about Sea Otter pricing on the bikes you like.
How far will it go on a charge?
Most of our commuter and folding bikes are rated up to 80 km per charge, and the G30-CARGO reaches up to 120 km with an optional second battery. Real range depends on rider weight, terrain and assist level.
Can I ride it on roads and bike paths?
Our commuter, folding, trike and cargo models use 250W motors with assistance limited to 25 km/h. Rules differ between states, so ask us about the model you like and where you plan to ride.
Who looks after my bike after I buy it?
Our Australian team handles after-sales support, with parts from our local store and a 2-year limited warranty on every e-bike.
When can I get the D6 2.0 or E-BMX?
You are among the first in Australia to see them. Pricing and arrival dates are coming soon. Leave your details with the team and we will let you know first.
I own a bike shop. Can I stock Eunorau?
