Thank you for shopping with us! Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand processing times, delivery estimates, applicable fees, and order management policies.
1. Order Processing & Delivery Times

Processing Time: 1–3 business days (includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Total Delivery Time: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time (depending on your shipping location and product type).
2. Shipping Methods & Estimates

💡 Important Note on Overseas Shipments: If your accessories or batteries are fulfilled from an overseas warehouse, tracking progress via Australia Post will only generate once the package arrives in the destination country and clears customs. We sincerely appreciate your patience in advance!
3. Shipping Fees

TAS, WA, and NT: Standard rates apply as follows:

Standard E-Bikes: +350 AUD per unit

E-Trikes: +650 AUD per unit

Kids E-Bikes & Trailers: +175 AUD per unit

Accessories (Excluding Trailers)

Orders 100 AUD and above: FREE SHIPPING

Orders under 100 AUD: 15 AUD flat rate
4. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number as soon as your order hands over to the carrier (tracking numbers typically activate within 24 to 72 hours).
If you experience any issues tracking your package normally, please contact our support team, and we will resolve the issue for you within 48 hours.
5. Delivery Time Exceeded

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us promptly via email. We will immediately investigate the status with the respective transportation company to ensure a swift resolution. Thank you for your understanding and support.
6. Order Cancellations

Before Shipment: We can easily cancel your order and issue a full refund if you contact us before the parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse.

After Shipment: Once the item has been handed over to the courier and shipped out, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy upon receiving your package.
