The gear selector provides riders with three speed options: 12, 18, and 25 KPH, catering to various riding scenarios with flexibility. The throttle activates once the speed reaches 3km/h, ensuring a safe and gradual acceleration.
Brake System

4. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number as soon as your order hands over to the carrier (tracking numbers typically activate within 24 to 72 hours).
If you experience any issues tracking your package normally, please contact our support team, and we will resolve the issue for you within 48 hours.
5. Delivery Time Exceeded

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us promptly via email. We will immediately investigate the status with the respective transportation company to ensure a swift resolution. Thank you for your understanding and support.
6. Order Cancellations

Before Shipment: We can easily cancel your order and issue a full refund if you contact us before the parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse.
