3. Shipping Fees

E-Bikes & Trailers

  • VIC, NSW, QLD, and SA: FREE SHIPPING
  • TAS, WA, and NT: Standard rates apply as follows:
    • Standard E-Bikes: +350 AUD per unit
    • E-Trikes: +650 AUD per unit
    • Kids E-Bikes & Trailers: +175 AUD per unit

Accessories (Excluding Trailers)

  • Orders 100 AUD and above: FREE SHIPPING
  • Orders under 100 AUD: 15 AUD flat rate

4. Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number as soon as your order hands over to the carrier (tracking numbers typically activate within 24 to 72 hours).
If you experience any issues tracking your package normally, please contact our support team, and we will resolve the issue for you within 48 hours.

5. Delivery Time Exceeded

  • If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us promptly via email. We will immediately investigate the status with the respective transportation company to ensure a swift resolution. Thank you for your understanding and support.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: We can easily cancel your order and issue a full refund if you contact us before the parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • After Shipment: Once the item has been handed over to the courier and shipped out, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy upon receiving your package.

These are much better quality than the cheaper ones you get off AliExpress and a little bit smaller as well which is nice, I've bought 3 of these in total now. Shipping time was not too bad either, would recommend.

Works Flawlessly

Hey I posted a review on this battery equalizer earlier today. The problem was NOT the part I bought from EUNORAU...My right side brake lever switch was causing the issue. (error 25 on a Himiway Cruiser) I disconnected it and my bike ROCKS now. Two 17.5 batteries so battery amp hours is 35...That will give me confidence to ride way farther. I bought this because I just know I would forget and attach a fully charged battery to low charged one and have an electrical meltdown. My secondary battery also has an on off switch so I will be able to ride till it DIED and click..fully charged battery ready to go. Great product and will save you from some nasty misfortune if you are forgetful.
