Out of the box, it complies with local regulations with a reliable 250W default motor output, a 25 KPH top speed, and a safe 6 KPH throttle limit—all of which can be unlocked directly through the smart Bluetooth display to unleash its full 750W potential and higher speeds.     • E-Trikes: +650 AUD per unit
    • Kids E-Bikes & Trailers: +175 AUD per unit

Accessories (Excluding Trailers)

  • Orders 100 AUD and above: FREE SHIPPING
  • Orders under 100 AUD: 15 AUD flat rate

4. Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number as soon as your order hands over to the carrier (tracking numbers typically activate within 24 to 72 hours).
If you experience any issues tracking your package normally, please contact our support team, and we will resolve the issue for you within 48 hours.

5. Delivery Time Exceeded

  • If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us promptly via email. We will immediately investigate the status with the respective transportation company to ensure a swift resolution. Thank you for your understanding and support.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: We can easily cancel your order and issue a full refund if you contact us before the parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • After Shipment: Once the item has been handed over to the courier and shipped out, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy upon receiving your package.
