Solid family fun. !! A

This bike has made getting out so much more fun! I live in a very hilly city and didn't ride my bike very much because of the intense workout it would be. Now I can go to the store and get groceries with ease. I have a 2.5 year old that LOVES riding around. I did need a part replacement soon after getting it and a few of the gear positions are giving me trouble (I'll take it somewhere to get looked at) but the pros far outweigh the cons. It's big and heavy but you get used to it quickly.

Good product and quality

I love my new bike!! Just rolled over 100 miles..... Love the stable feel of the bike!! This bike is so fun to ride, and puts a smile on my face every time I get on it! It’s great for running errands! The only problem is it’s raining today, and I can’t get out and ride.

Best Bike I have ever owned!

What can I say I just love My Eunorau , my kids always have fun riding with dad. You can always carry plenty of stuff for a day in the park or beach. I also highly recommend the caboose in case you fall wile riding with your kids gives an extra layer of protection, overall the Eunorau is affordable, fun, versatile, easy to ride, customizable and a great way to haul anything.

1. Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
  • Total Delivery Time: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time (depending on your shipping location and product type).

  • TAS, WA, and NT: Standard rates apply as follows:
    • Standard E-Bikes: +350 AUD per unit
    • E-Trikes: +650 AUD per unit
    • Kids E-Bikes & Trailers: +175 AUD per unit

Accessories (Excluding Trailers)

  • Orders 100 AUD and above: FREE SHIPPING
  • Orders under 100 AUD: 15 AUD flat rate

4. Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number as soon as your order hands over to the carrier (tracking numbers typically activate within 24 to 72 hours).
If you experience any issues tracking your package normally, please contact our support team, and we will resolve the issue for you within 48 hours.

5. Delivery Time Exceeded

  • If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us promptly via email. We will immediately investigate the status with the respective transportation company to ensure a swift resolution. Thank you for your understanding and support.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: We can easily cancel your order and issue a full refund if you contact us before the parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • After Shipment: Once the item has been handed over to the courier and shipped out, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy upon receiving your package.
